Inspired by the exotic markets of Thailand “Sweet Salty Spicy” is the first of its kind
in Singapore. Featuring a modern Thai canteen with a vibrant deli featuring an abundant array of Asian ingredients and dishes “to go”. Arrive to an eye catching display of cakes, tarts and desserts; House branded dry goods and ‘curry kits’; and an extensive range of old and new world wines.
The canteen menu is an exciting collaboration with the famous “Sailors Thai” restaurant in Sydney’s Rock’s District. Having trained in both Thailand and Sydney our chefs cook a contemporary selection of dishes with authentic Thai flavours
using top rate ingredients. The interiors have a warm modern aesthetic with a focus on Asian beauty highlighted in the fabulous hand painted mural by London based artist Sara Rustin.
“Since arriving in Singapore 5 years ago my day has always started at the thriving wet market. With my friends at the market and Sailors Thai it has been our dream to take this uniquely ‘Asian’ experience to another level.
